Features
This kind of dryer is energy efficient, designed and developed by our company, which has achieved the national advanced technology. This series product has two advantages: heat regeneration and heatless regeneration. As for the regenerative gas, we can adopt micro-heating to decrease the consumption of regenerative gas and accomplish the energy saving, which avoids the disadvantages like short switching period of heatless regeneration and large consumption of regeneration air, also the heavy waste of electric energy for the heat regeneration dryers.
This dryer is also featured of reasonable switching period and low consumption of regenerative gas. Now, it is the most economical absorbing dryer of energy saving in the purification industry; and it is widely used in metallurgy, power, electron, food, chemical industry, petroleum.
Working principle
The dehumidification principle of this kind of dryer is quite same to the heatless regenerative dryer, while the difference is that this kind is used in regenerative drying gas with lower pressure, which first after the receipt, and then into the regenerative tower to dehumidify the desiccant, so the heating device is added to the structure, and working procedures of receipt, cold blowing are added to the regenerative progress. The advantage of this type is that the energy consumption is very little, just be 6%, and the switching period is long, so the parts wear little to improve the reliability of the equipments, and the final dryness of outlet air is quite better than the heatless regenerative gas.
